This is the first part of the Design Thinking methodology in which we will cover the objective:
Develop the EMPATHY with the users, by observing them. Therefore, it is a methodology based on observing the user.

By our observation and research we realized that most people in our city have problems with battery wear of their phones. That's why we designed a survey to meet the public's demands.
